Handcrafted With Heart, Rooted in Dominican Tradition

Santia's Bakery began in the Dominican Republic in the early 1990s — handcrafted cakes, generational recipes, and a family's love of baking that was too good to stay in one city.

This is quickly becoming my new favorite cafe in Lawrence. The ladies who run the shop are kind and answer all questions. Come in and get double espresso and a package of Alfajores or a slice of the many cakes.
